A huge Thank you to all the great women who came to Percy's last night for our Holiday Silk n Spa evening. It was a tremendous success with over 110 ladies in attendance. The vendors were excited, and I hope everyone bought lots of shoes, handbags, clothing, jewelry, and other great holiday gifts. I also hope everyone enjoyed the massages and nail care rooms. I want to thank Zipango sushi on shrewsbury street in Worcester for the outstanding sushi, lamb, and swordfish, 86 winter street restaurant and On the rise bakery in Worcester for their great treats. The evening was just terrific.

Silk n Spa
Tonight is our 3rd Silk n Spa event here at Percy's. Its a great event for ladies only. The ladies that come to our store are here to shop, talk, laugh, eat and get pampered. On behalf of all the employees of Percy's I want to thank all of you that continue to call and email us regarding our web site and all it entails. The feedback is great!!! Thank you for the good wishes and the comments on how we can improve. As I said in earlier posts. we really want to earn and keep your business and your suggestions and comments on what you like and don't like are very important to us.
Many of the emails we have been getting revolves around our luxury appliances, (i.e Sub Zero, Wolf, Viking, Miele, Icon etc). We are adding more products to the site daily. If you do not see something you want a quote on, please call or email. We should have much , much more very shortly. Please do not leave the site because you did not find that hood, or back splash, or color etc. If we sell the brand, we sell the piece.
Rebates: Thank you for your emails on this subject. If you find a rebate on another stores website, chances are we also have that rebate. Please do not assume we do not have it because it doesn't pop up. We are working on this as well. We have tons of rebates on the site, and we may have missed one by mistake. But if you buy a product on our site, and you qualify for any manufacturers rebate, we will make sure you get it.

Percy's is very appreciative of all the business that we receive on a daily basis. We can not thank our customers enough for the opportunities you give us to serve you. Lately we have been selling alot of holiday gifts such as Blu-ray Dvd Players, GPS systems, Digital Picture Frames and Tv's. I should add Energy Star washers to that as well. The reason i am mentioning this is that when we all buy gifts like these, we all should try to remember to buy a few of the basic accessories like an HDMI cable for dvd players, or a surge protector for any electronics, or stainless steel hoses for your washer. All these types of accessories and there are lots more can add value to the gift but most importantly these items can add performance to the gift. Shopping Local First
The weekend and Cyber Monday are now over. I want to thank all of you that purchased here in our store and on our E-commerce web site. We truly appreciate your business. Thank you all for the great emails as well. The compliments on the web site and the "constructive criticism" as one long time customer sent are all well appreciated. I am a member of a group called Worcester local first. This is a group of local, family owned business people who came together with the idea of trying to get customers in all areas to think about your local store when shopping for a particular need. We would like everyone looking for products or services to think about buying that product locally first from a family owned and operated business if its at all possible. This group is not knocking the big chains and telling people not to go there. Many of us shop at them for different products and there are great people working there from our local market. We just want customers and folks looking at any product or service to atleast think about a locally owned store before makeing the decision.
