You can't put a price on Customer Service

A letter from one of our valued customers.

Dear Percy's,

We live in the Woodlands in Clinton and purchased a plasma and Bose surround sound system from you 3 years ago when we first moved into our new home. We have since enjoyed countless hours rooting for our Red Sox or Patriots or watching movies with our children.

Last week we went to play a DVD and though we could hear the DVD, we were not receiving a picture. My wife called over to Percy's yesterday and spoke to a gentleman named Steve Lauzonis who gave her a suggestion that he thought might work, that she could try when she got home. Unfortunately this answer did not work and today my wife called and spoke to Steve again. This time he initiated customer SERVICE that is almost unheard of in this day and age. He told my wife on the phone this morning that we could leave the store in about 20 minutes and was it ok if he stopped by and tried to fix our problem----WOW! He volunteered to make a house call on a customer from 3 years ago.

Well Steve just left our home and we are once again fully working. He arrived with a smile, solved our problem, and left without presenting us a bill-----This type of service speaks volumes for Percy's and for Steve Lauzonis. You had a happy customer before Steve's WOW service, now you have a customer for life!
