End of Summer brings Back to School

It's the time all kids or young adults from 18 to 24 (or higher depending on their major) dread. Summer's over and Fall's approaching and it's time to go back to the dorm and back to college. In the upcoming 3 to 4 weeks they'll be pouring back into Worcester to attend one of our 13 colleges and some will definitely need some of these for their dorms.

Microwaves
Small LCD TV's
Toasters
Compact Refrigerators
iPods
Bose SoundDock's

Help them out this year by picking one of these up and sending it to them. Can't decide what to get them? Percy's gift card always is the best choice that everybody loves. Show them your support this year and help them feel at home in their dorm. Their roommate will thank them!

Fall Is Around The Corner...But Ain't Here Yet!

I drove down my street last week in West Boylston, and when I came to the corner to make the turn towards my house, I had to do a double-take. Much to my surprise, the big maple tree on the corner of the street is ALREADY turning orange and red! Half of the leaves have already fully turned over in color and some are even falling rapidly to the ground. It's mind boggeling to see that after almost a full month of rain and a very rainy summer, that the leaves are already starting to phase over to "fall-esque" colors. Labor Day is less 2 weeks away and next thing you know I'll be sending a blog out these wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving and a Happy Holidays!

The fact of the matter is that we've still had some warm days and there are a few more to come. I had my air conditioner on yesterday and let me tell you, it was warm out! If you haven't already picked up your air conditioner then now is the time. Percy's is taking 10% off all in-stock air conditioners. Even if you don't use it this season, purchase it while it's on sale and save it for next year!

Grilling season is far from over and Percy's still has some Weber grills in-stock and ready to be assembled and cooking by Labor Day. Save 10% on Weber grills and grilling accessories also. Come in the store to shop our selection of grills and see why buying from Percy's IS the smart choice.

Winter may be on the way, but at Percy's, we're still trying to keep cool and save you money on Weber grills! Stop by today and see the savings!

Take Care,

-Brian

Bosch Dishwasher Sells For $399

As if an imminent tax free weekend wasn't enough, Percy's has joined with Bosch to bring you the best in new Dishwashers. The Ascenta series is new to Bosch and Percy's and as a special introductory offer, Percy's is offering this dishwasher for $399 after rebates! ($499 for stainless).

Bosch's website has this to say about the Ascenta line:

"With the introduction of the Ascenta, we offer you yet another way to bring the outstanding quality and performance of a Bosch dishwasher into your home. We've incorporated convenient features like EASYLOAD™ racks and a handsome contemporary design tailored to the American market. Ascenta is also the quietest and most energy efficient in its class."

"The new Ascenta category of Bosch dishwashers continue to offer the efficiency known to the brand, with such features as a Half Load option and the exclusive QUICKWASH™ program. This convenient program runs a quick 30-minute cycle for smaller loads or less soiled dishes, helping to save both time and energy. These models are also the quietest in their class with sound-reduction technology that includes a new drain pump that reduces noise when water is draining from the machine. Additionally, the detergent and rinse aid dispenser is redesigned and repositioned to optimize their release. This new location has the added effect of reducing water spray from hitting the unit’s inner door, making less noise, while using less water for the cleaning agents."

" The ENERGY STAR qualified Ascenta is a major step up to a Bosch premium dishwasher that offers high efficiency, quiet performance and visually appealing design—as the superior alternative to an all-plastic tub dishwasher. It does this while still providing core exclusives such as the ECOSENSE™ Wash Management System, which examines the soil level in the water and customizes the water consumption and heat to save on energy costs, and a overflow protection system for safety."*

This Bosch Dishwasher is only $399 after rebates and instant savings. Check this dishwasher out in color here and enter "save30" in the shopping cart to save $30 instantly!
