Welcome to Percy's TV & Appliance e-commerce website. As stated earlier in my last post, this is all very new and exciting for us. Percy's traditional brick and mortor store has been in business for over 80 years and now we have added an e-commerce element for everyone's convenience, and for those that are unable to visit our store here in Worcester.
Because it is new, we know we still have have our work cut out for us in order to make this site as easy to navigate through as possible. We will continue to work on this daily. We want to earn your business, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied whether you're online or in store.
We will be writing a blog almost daily to keep all of our friends (i.e loyal customers) up to date on what is happening at Percy's today, and in the immediate future along with giving helpful hints (we hope!!) on how to buy anything in the Home Appliance and Home Electronics department.
