The shopping season is upon us and its getting a bit crazy. Thank you to everyone that has been purchasing online, over the phone and in our store. I also want to thank you all for reading this blog as it seems this is the best way to communicate with all our friends and customers. I want to give out some dates to keep in mind when purchasing online or in the store as it relates to delivery and shipping. This is really for people who want these gifts for December 25th.
For online orders, Percy's will be shipping out till December 24, 2007. However, if you want the item for Dec 25, we can not promise that anything bought a few days before Dec. 25th will get to your house no matter where you live by Dec 25th. So please order by December 18th, to play it safe. This way we should, (Ups or Fed ex willing) get you your item before Dec 25th. December 25th is on a Tuesday this year, thus the weekend before can get a bit crazy with shipping.
Many of you have been buying over the phone after having been on our web site. We thank you. We will ship out your purchase with the same rules as above .
Shopping in our store is also appreciated. We will deliver up to Dec. 24th at 3pm. We have added extra delivery trucks but that capacity is quickly filling up due to the size of the gifts. There seems to be a huge push on Energy star washers and cooking appliances this holiday. Our team in delivery and operations will do their very best to get all these gifts out and in your homes before the holiday on Dec. 25th. We want your business, we appreciate your business. Every member of the Percy's team is working together to make sure all your purchases get to where they need to go.
